His aim is to offer "The best of the Island of Rugen". At the same time this is a trade mark for high-quality native products, which are prepared in his cuisine - following Mediterranean receipes, refined with a touch of Asia.
  

At the Hotel-Park Ambiance you have the choice between three restaurants and the wonderful terrace overlooking the historic avenue "Wilhelmstraße". A special feature: Whatever restaurant you prefer, you may always make your choice from the menus of all three restaurants!
