The villas, which have been in family estate for many generations, as well as the summer house "Finja" are set directly in the historic avenue "Wilhemstraße", which ends at the historic monument the baltic-sea pier, restored in 1998. The pier and the "Wilhelmstraße" belong to the most outstanding tourist attractions of the Island of Rügen.

The mansions Rugia, Marina, Sella and Vineta are listed as historic monuments built at the turn of the 20th century and were restored faithfully and with loving care in the original style. The parkland (approx. 8000m²) disposes of an old tree population and borders on a wonderful timber forest, the spa gardens of Sellin. Beautiful footpaths and bicycle tracks start here and lead along the cliffs and through the forests.

All mansions are connected by a subterranean gallery. Our guests will enjoy all the numerous facilities of the hotel and its parkland.

Our mansion "Rugia"...

Villa Rugia
is one of the oldest buildings of the seaside resort Sellin and is situated directly in the historic avenue "Wilhelmstraße". It is the heart of the Hotel-Park and accommodates the restaurants "Ambiance", "Clou" and "Le Jardin", the hotel bar and the Reception. A popular meeting place is the generous terrace commanding superb views across the "Wilhemstraße". And during the winter the cosy lounge with its fireplace does invite for staying in.

The mansion "Marina"..

Villa Marina

with loggias flooded by sunlight is a wing of the mansion "Rugia". Guests staying in this house have particularly short ways to the restaurants and the Reception.

The two pairs of pillars of the mansion "Vineta"...

 

 

Villa Vineta
carry the loggias handing over the entire external facade, which is rich in wood-carving. The "Vineta" accommodates our internal library, a spacious room in the country house style filled with book-shelves and cosy armchairs.

The house "Finja"...

Villa Finja

is situated between "Rugia" and "Vineta" in its own garden. The rural country house disposes of 3 bedrooms on two floors, a kitchen in the country house style, a dining corner and a cosy living-area in front of the fire-place. "Finja" is the ideal place for families, couples or travellers with dogs.

The mansion "Sella" is set hidden in the hotel- park.

Villa Sella

Here guests can find our Wellness & spa area beside cosy guest rooms. A pool, whirlpools, sauna and steam-bath, solarium, different resting places and a wonderful sun terrace with beach chairs are welcoming the hotel-guests .
